What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, company, email, phone number, city, aquarium details and your message.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Our legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, unless you become a client, in which case records are retained as required by Cypriot law.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is stored with trusted hosting providers under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing aquacareservices2026@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
